Veronica's remarkable journey began as a switchboard operator for a popular hotel in the caribbean. Shortly after, she was introduced to the banking industry. Often a top performer at NCB before she eventually switched careers and became a certified medical assistant and certified phlebotomist, where she gained hands-on experience in triaging patients and handling both front office and back office duties in medical practices.

Her dedication to helping others and her love for business drove her to explore various sectors, including hospitality, banking, and retail, where she honed her skills in customer service, operational efficiency, and business management. This extensive background, combined with her passion for innovation and problem-solving, led her to establish All Out Support, a company focused on empowering small business owners through virtual assistance.
